“Ms. Brooks was a clear favorite among the three rounds of interview committee members,” said Associate Superintendent for Intervention and Student Support Dr. Michael Fernandes. “She brings a wealth of varied experiences as a school administrator and educator. I was particularly impressed with her extensive instructional expertise, her ability to support and develop teachers, and her ability to engage families of all backgrounds.”

Brooks holds a Master of Business Administration degree from Albertus Magnus College in New Haven. She also earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Middle School Mathematics and Science, as well as a Sixth Year School Administrator Certification, and a pending Superintendent Certification from Southern Connecticut State University.
