Obituary: Antonio de Padua Bueno, 56, Of Stamford

Antonio enjoyed nature, being outdoors, and playing soccer with his three daughters.

Antonio de Padua Bueno, 56, a resident of Stamford, CT, passed away on August 11, 2021 at his home surrounded by his loving family.

Antonio was born on August 3, 1965 in Alpinópolis, Brazil, the son of Sebastião and Maria de Paula.

Antonio owned his own painting business, Tony Bueno Painting for 24 years. He enjoyed nature, being outdoors, and playing soccer with his three daughters. A life-long soccer player, he continued to play until he got diagnosed with brain cancer.

Antonio is survived by his wife Mitzy, his daughters Mariana, Fabiana, and Luciana, his parents Sebastião and Maria, and his siblings Maria Goreti and Carlos. He is also survived by his very large family and friends. He was a good son, brother, husband, father, uncle, and friend and will be missed by many.

Funeral services will be held on Sunday August 15th, 2021 from 2pm-6pm. Mass will be held on Tuesday, August 17th, 2021 at 5pm at Saint Mary of Stamford Parish. 566 Elm St, Stamford, CT 06902.

The family wishes to thank the Stamford Hospital Bennett Cancer Center and the Hospice of Fairfield County for their hard work and continued support.
