The fast-growing fintech aims to launch full-service US banking by 2027, offering checking, credit products, and multicurrency services from its new local hub.
   

5. Connecticut just approved $1.9 billion in bonding. Here's what that covers (ctpost.com) — Stamford is set to receive $2 million in newly approved state bonding to rehabilitate the Lathon Wider Community Center, part of a massive $1.9 billion package for schools, transportation, housing, and local projects. The funding also boosts statewide road repairs, housing programs, and park improvements, meaning Stamford residents may see broader infrastructure and affordability benefits over the coming years.
