Police Blotter: Operation of a Drug Factory, Second-Degree Assault

Charon Hernandez, 19, of 59 Wilson St., Stamford, was arrested on Wednesday for third-degree assault and second-degree breach of peace.

Victor Hernandez, 33, of 17 Lee St., Stamford was arrested on Wednesday for failure to display lights and illegal operation of a motor vehicle with a license class violation.

Ecclesiastes Joyner, 47, of 34 Buena Vista St., Stamford, was arrested on Wednesday for two counts of possession of narcotics, sale of certain illegal drugs, two counts of possession of a controlled substance, possession of a hallucinogen and operation of a drug factory.

Shanee Langley, 27, of 21 Adams Ave., Norwalk, was arrested Wednesday for three counts of second-degree threatening and disorderly conduct.

Essence Preyer, 20, of 1 Lawn Ave., Stamford, was arrested on Tuesday for failure to appear in court in the second degree.

Cindy Ruiz, 35, of 1425 Bedford St., Stamford, was arrested on Tuesday for second-degree assault and risk of injury of a child.

Bruce Ryff, 49, of 708 Summer St., Stamford, was arrested on Tuesday for failure to respond to an infraction.

Anthony Snell, 21, of 175 Henry St., Stamford, was arrested on Wednesday for possession of a controlled substance, sale of a controlled substance, operation of a drug factory and possession of a controlled substance within 1,500 ft of a school, housing development or day care center.

Fernanda Ubierna, 30, of 917 Cove Road, Stamford, was arrested on Wednesday for sixth-degree larceny and second-degree breach of peace.
