STAMFORD, CT — A rally in support of Ukraine is scheduled for Tuesday at 5:30 p.m. in front of the Stamford Government Center.

Mayor Caroline Simmons will be joined by Lt. Gov. Susan Bysiewicz, Ukrainian-American community leaders and elected officials to stand in solidarity with the Stamford Ukrainian-American community in light of Russia’s recent invasion of Ukraine.

Last week, Simmons posted about the invasion on social media, and offered support to Ukraine.
