Several Police Cruisers Damaged Near Stamford Office Park: Report

Stamford Police said they were investigating an incident that occurred Friday in the High Ridge Road area.

STAMFORD, CT — Several police cruisers were damaged in an incident near a Stamford office park Friday, according to News 12 CT.

The Stamford Police Department announced early Friday evening it was investigating an incident that took place in the area of High Ridge Road and Long Ridge Road.

"There is no ongoing emergency and no threat to public safety at this time," police said in a Facebook post. "We appreciate your cooperation and will provide updates as needed."

News 12 CT said the incident occurred Friday afternoon at High Ridge Office Park. Another vehicle was also "badly damaged."

Further information was not immediately available Friday night.
