Here’s a list of programs for kids during the month of January. The DiMattia Main Library is located at the corner of Bedford & Broad Streets in Stamford. The Harry Bennett Branch is located at 115 Vine Road, Stamford. The South End Branch is located at 34 Woodland Avenue, Stamford. The Weed Memorial & Hollander Branch is located at 1143 Hope Street, Stamford.

Chess Club for Kids

Chess club for beginners. Learn the moves in just two classes. Taught by Alex Eydelman, with the National Education Chess Teachers Association. Grades 2-5. Preference given to Stamford residents. Registration required. Call 203-351-8242.

Tween Makerspace: Intro to eTextiles
