Stamford BOE to Discuss AFB Contract

STAMFORD, CT- The Board of Education will discuss its contract with AFB Construction Management at a Tuesday meeting after the company came under investigation by Stamford Police and the FBI.

The meeting will be held in executive session and will be closed to the public, according to the Stamford Advocate.

Stamford Police started investigating AFB at the end of March to see whether the company used its position as facilities manager of Stamford schools to obtain business with another contractor.

Computers were seized during the investigation.
