Stamford Child Struck On Head By A Television Dies: Report

STAMFORD, CT — The 2-year-old Stamford boy who was struck on the head by a falling television set Thursday has died, reports the Stamford Advocate.

The child, who's identity was not released by police, passed away at Yale New Haven Hospital on Friday afternoon.

An old, picture tube television, which weighed an estimated 70 pounds, fell on the child. The incident remains under investigation.
