Stamford Diner Fight Ends With Two Stabbed

One victim was stabbed near his heart.

STAMFORD, CT — Two people were stabbed during a fight at the Curley's diner around 1 a.m. Wednesday.

A 27-year-old Stamford man came into the restaurant under the influence of alcohol and got into an argument with four other people, according to the Stamford Advocate. The man made a motion as if he was going to pull out a gun, police said.

He was stabbed by someone else about a quarter of an inch from his heart, according to police. Another man tried to break up the fight and was stabbed in the process.
