...in Support of Future Bennett Medical Center Transformation

On Friday, January 30, Stamford Health welcomed members of the community for the Winter Wonderland 2026 celebration, an evening dedicated to supporting the future transformation of the Bennett Medical Center campus. Co-chaired by members of the Stamford Hospital Foundation Board of Advisors and volunteers Courtney Montgomery, Vera Musicaro, Catie Oberg, and Brook Shepard, the event brought together nearly 200 attendees for a festive and philanthropic night.
Guests heard an impactful story from a young lung cancer survivor, Lauren Corcoran, who shared her story as a non-smoking woman, highlighting the importance of Stamford Health’s commitment to expert, person-centered care. Her testimony served as a powerful reminder of the impact of community support.
Thanks to the generosity of various donors, the event raised over $285,000 with over $210,000 generated through the live auction and paddle raise.
