Stamford High Enrollment Estimates Off by 100 Students

Usually enrollment projects are off by about one percent, but this year they were off by much more than that at Stamford High.

STAMFORD, CT—Typically enrollment projections for Stamford Public Schools are off by about one percent, but this year Stamford High was off by about 100 students.

There are 510 ninth graders enrolled at the school, which is 105 more than projected, according to the Stamford Advocate.

The Board of Education approved hiring four part-time teaching positions, three of which will be at Stamford High.
