Stamford HS Student Arrested For Alleged Threats: Report

The student, a sophomore, was arrested by Stamford police Tuesday.

STAMFORD, CT — A 15-year-old Stamford high School sophomore was arrested Tuesday on a felony charge of threatening after he allegedly made a threat against the school, reports the Stamford Advocate.

The nature of the threat - and how it was sent - were not disclosed, nor was the student's identity due to his age.

Stamford police said the threat was discovered at about noon on Tuesday. Staff and police were quickly able to determine a suspect, find him and take him into custody.
