Stamford Man Busted In Alleged 'Revenge Porn' Case: Report

STAMFORD, CT — A 20-year-old Stamford man, who police said posted a nude image of his ex-girlfriend on the social media website Snapchat, was arrested on a warrant over the weekend on a "revenge porn" charge, reports the Stamford Advocate.

Arrested on a charge of unlawful dissemination of an intimate image was Christopher Rodriguez, of Dolson Place. He was released after posting bond on bail of $15,000, and is scheduled to appear in Stamford Superior Court at a later date.

While the image did not show the victim's face, it did show her naked buttocks which has a recognizable birthmark, which she told police led her to determine it was her.

Rodriguez allegedly told police that he did not mean to post it to the site, but meant to send it to a friend.
