Stamford Man Charged with Boating Under the Influence

Cops will arrest boaters who are three sheets to the wind.

STAMFORD, CT—A city man who was allegedly boating while being three sheets to the wind was arrested by Stamford Police.

Ralph Morrell, 72, was pulled out of the water by Stamford firefighters and medics after he fell off his boat while intoxicated, according to the Stamford Advocate.

Morrell failed the field sobriety test when he made it to land and blew a .17 on the breathalyzer test, according to police.
