Stamford Man Drugged, Sexually Assaulted Man: PD
The victim said he passed out after drinking a strange-tasting beer and woke up to being sexually assaulted, police said.
STAMFORD, CT — A local man was charged with drugging and then sexually assaulting another man, according to police.
A complaint was made against Jarion Castillo-Martinez, 40, in January, according to the Stamford Advocate. The victim who was under 21 met Castillo Martinez at a New York bar and went back to his Stamford home.
The victim told police he had a beer that tasted funny and passed out, police said. He awoke to find Castillo Martinez performing oral sex on him.
