Stamford Parks Community Partnership Launches Microgrant Program

The program will support community-led projects in and around Stamford parks and public spaces, according to an announcement from the city.

STAMFORD, CT —The Stamford Parks Community Partnership (SPCP) has announced the launch of its inaugural microgrant program.

According to an announcement from the city, the program will support community-led projects in and around Stamford parks and public spaces.

  • Improvement in parks, playgrounds, community gardens, waterfronts, and other public spaces
  • Organizing community clean-ups
  • Community building events

The program intends to invest $20,000 in Stamford’s green spaces in 2025. Applicants can submit a request of up to $1,500, according to the city.

The deadline for submissions is March 24, 2025.
