Stamford Police To Host Drug Take Back Event

There will be a convenient drive-thru. While supplies last, residents will receive a free medication lock box.

STAMFORD, CT — The Stamford Police Department will host a DEA Drug Take Back event on April 27 from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at police headquarters, 725 Bedford St.

This is a free anonymous service and an environmentally safe way to dispose of unwanted or unused medications.

Residents can drop off any prescription drug, over-the-counter drug, like Aspirin and Tylenol, or pet medication. No liquids, creams or needles will be accepted.
