Video: Stamford Police Seek 2 Men in Purse Snatching
Do you recognize the suspects who struggled with the victim as she walked towards the Stamford Town Center mall?

Stamford Police are asking for the public’s help in identifying the two men who ripped the purse from a woman as she walked towards the Stamford Town Center mall on Monday.
Police say the suspects accosted the victim who was walking alone on Gay Street towards the mall about 11:19 a.m. Jan. 19. One suspect grabbed the woman’s purse from behind and a struggle ensued before the men were able to pull the purse away from the victim.
The men fled north through the Bedford Street Garage, police said.

If you recognize the men or have information about them, police ask that you call the Detective Bureau at 203-977-4417. Anonymous tips also can be called into that number or messaged to the Stamford Police Department on their Facebook page.
