Stamford Resident Wins Big Lottery Prize

STAMFORD, CT — A Stamford resident is now $100,000 richer thanks to some luck and the Connecticut Lottery.

According to the CT Lottery, a local resident won the big money prize after playing the Cash5 game.

Cash5 is a pari-mutuel game with a top prize of $100,000, the CT Lottery website says. The game costs $1 per wager and drawings occur nightly.

The game was played at Cove Convenience, located at 734 Cove Road.
