STAMFORD, CT — A Stamford resident recently took home the grand prize of $10,000 from a Connecticut Lottery scratch-off game.
According to the CT Lottery, the resident won the big prize after playing the 10X Cash 17th Edition game, which was purchased for $10 at Elm Street Market, located at 320 Elm St.
