Stamford Rotary Club to Host Scholarship Ceremony

The Rotary Club of Stamford is awarding 15 scholarships for high school seniors who live in Stamford and intend to go to college following graduation.

We will be celebrating this great accomplishment of these local students on Tuesday, June 12, 2018, 5:30 PM at the Stamford Sheraton 700 E. Main Street Stamford, CT 06901.

Since our club is fortunate enough to be one of the recipients of the Gillespie bequest, we have significantly raised the number of scholarships awarded and the amount given to each recipient.

The amount awarded to each individual will be a surprise to all award winners and the Stamford community. Rotary is a worldwide organization of business and professional leaders who provide humanitarian service and help to build goodwill and peace in the world.
