Stamford Schools Considering Options for Facilities Management

The school's current contractor is under federal and local investigation.

STAMFORD, CT—The Board of Education will look at its options when it comes to facility management.

Potential options include hiring an outside firm or to manage facilities in-house, according to the Stamford Advocate.
Longtime facility contractor AFB Construction Management is under FBI and police investigation and has managed school facilities for 16 years.

AFB has a four-month contract with the city.
