Stamford Teen Faces Drugs, Weapons Charges
Stamford Police reportedly found a loaded semi-automatic weapon and a stash of drugs.

A city teen is facing drug and weapons charges after Stamford Police found a loaded gun, and a stash of drugs in the teen’s car and home.
The Stamford 17-year-old reportedly had a loaded automatic handgun and drugs after police noticed a suspicious vehicle on Montauk Drive Thursday afternoon, according to The Advocate.
Undercover officers stopped a vehicle and reportedly smelled a strong odor of marijuana. during a search, police found 20 grams of marijuana and $400 in cash on the suspect, according to the report. Police found a vest jacket with a .32 caliber, semiautomatic pistol, loaded with eight rounds and the serial number scratched off, according to the report. The teen reportedly admitted the gun was his and consented to a search of his home where police found more bullets for the gun, a quantity of pot, oxycontin, Xanax, the drug Molly and cash.
