Update: Stamford Woman Sentenced in Double Fatal Hit-and-Run
The woman was called "reprehensible, a "coward" and someone who evaded responsibility her whole life.

STAMFORD, CT- Update: Felicia Burl, 33, was sentenced to 10 years in prison for a double-fatal hit-and-run accident and hindering prosecution after she tried to fool a DNA test.
One police sergeant said it was among the worst accidents he had seen in his 26-year career, according to the Stamford Advocate.
Burl's prison sentence will be followed by 10 years of special parole, which could send her back to prison for even a slight infraction. She pleaded guilty to charges stemming from the November 2014 crash.
