Suspects Sought In Stamford Fur Store Heist: Police
The suspects Wednesday made off with $20,000 in upscale clothing, according to Stamford police.
STAMFORD, CT — City police are looking for the suspects responsible for stealing $20,000 worth of upscale clothing from a Stamford fur clothing shop on Wednesday.
According to the Stamford Police Department Thursday, at about 4:34 p.m. on Wednesday, Dec. 27, three men entered Engel's Fur at 115 Bedford St., Stamford, and stole $20,000 in merchandise.
Police said the suspects would leave the store and enter an awaiting Ford pickup truck with the misused registration plate of Florida IBB434.
