Trial Set on Sex Assault Charges for Ex-Stamford HS Teacher
An ex-Fairfield teacher is accused of having sex with a student; a prosecutor says she has proof he had similar arelationship at Stamford HS

When a former Fairfield teacher accused of having sex with a student in that town goes on trial, evidence that he had a similar relationship with a Stamford High School student will be introduced in court, according to a report.
The prosecutor of the case against Glenn Mishuck told a Superior Court judge on Thursday that she would produce evidence that he also had a sexual relationship with another student at some point when he was a teacher at Stamford High School, from 1993 to 2003, according to The Advocate.
Mishuck is charged with 17 counts of second-degree sexual assault for allegedly having sex with a 17-year-old student 17 times in 2013, when was an Advanced Placement American studies teacher at Fairfield Ludlowe High School, according to the report.

Judge Maria Kahn refused to dismiss the case after Mishuck’s lawyer argued that the alleged relationship took place during the summer when he wasn’t the student’s teacher. Jury selection for the trial began Thursday, according to The Advocate.
