The Medal of Honor Award was established in 2003 as a way to recognize individuals who exhibit the values & spirit of St. Edmund and serve as modern-day role models, embracing the values of service, dedication & making a difference.

The Dinner & celebration will take place on Friday Oct. 18th at The Mystic Marriott in Groton, Ct. Prior to the event, a 5:00 pm votive Mass in honor of the recipients will be held at Our Lady of the Assumption Chapel at Ender's Island in Mystic, Ct. All are Welcome to attend!

St. Edmund's Retreat is a not-for-profit 501(c)3 organization, dedicated to making a difference in peoples' lives. St. Edmund's is situated on Ender's Island Mystic, Ct., providing a place of reflection and prayer, spiritual development, adult education, sacred art workshops, & 12-step recovery programs.  Enders Island is open to the public, and all are welcome to enjoy the peace and natural beauty of the island.
