16-Year Old Charged with Stealing SUV by Stonington Police

The boy was turned over to juvenile parole officers after his arrest.

STONINGTON, CT - Stonington police said they have charged a 16-year old boy with stealing a car, The Day reported.

The teen was charged with larceny Tuesday after allegedly stealing an SUV near New Haven and driving it to the Stonington area, according to The Day. Police said two boys were involved in the theft, however only one was charged.

The boy was turned over to juvenile parole officers after his arrest, The Day reported.
