$320,000 Settlement Reached In Pawcatuck Dog Bite Case: Report
Court officials said a Pawcatuck man who was bitten by a dog has settled his lawsuit for $320,000.

PAWCATUCK, CT — Court officials said a Pawcatuck man, Michael Berk, 46, who was bitten by a dog nearly two years ago has settled his lawsuit for $320,000, the Connecticut Law Tribune reported.
Berk, 46, alleges in his lawsuit that he was attacked by a 2-year-old yellow Labrador retriever while picking up his son from a play date, the CT Law Tribune states. Berk was bitten repeatedly and suffered injuries to his forearm and upper thigh, and required 24 stitches, the Law Tribune reports.
