Power Vinyasa – (All Levels Vinyasa) Non-heated:
An invigorating vinyasa flow class of meditation in motion that will empower and transform you in body, mind and spirit. Taught in the style of Baptiste Power Vinyasa Yoga. Combines elements of Ashtanga, Iyengar and Hatha yoga. Learn to go with the flow, find your edge and practice at your own level. All vinyasa levels welcome.
Yoga by the Sea classes include mindful movement and breathing techniques that stretch, strengthen, relax and renew the body. The conscious practice of yoga supports the union of body, mind and spirit. Yoga by the Sea classes are taught in a comfortable environment, free from incense, to support respiratory health. Class temperatures are comfortable, but are not hot.
Every body is different, from others, and even from themselves day to day. At Yoga by the Sea, students are encouraged to listen to their body, and modifymovement to support their needs.
