PAWCATUCK, CT – Monday, January 7th, 2013 – Precision Fitness, established in 2005, is welcoming Mike Pinto, LMT, to their team of trained professionals. Mr. Pinto graduated from the Connecticut Center of Massage Therapy in 2012, is a fully insured member of the AMTA and nationally certified under NCETMB.
Having completed an internship with the Connecticut Sun Women’s Professional Basketball team and the Connecticut College Swim Team, where Mr. Pinto was instrumental in pre and post event massage therapy for the athletes. Additionally, Mr. Pinto offered post event massage therapy at the Mystic Aquarium Penguin 5K Road Race, which provided Mr. Pinto valuable experience with the needs of runners for post race recovery. Mr. Pinto also has experience in Swedish massage, acupressure and energy work.
To properly and safely administer massage therapy, it requires years of experience and training. Sports massage therapy is a highly focused area of expertise where Mr. Pinto has gained extensive experience working with Olympians, professional and amateur athletes. Mr. Pinto will expand the capabilities of Precision Fitness to better serve their active customer base in new and exciting ways.
