Ahoy, mateys, ye might be finding this missive in uncharted territories, though I wrote it under t' cover of darkness and tossed it in a bottle as we sailed, the Schooner Argia loaded with our plunder, the gang all rummy eyed. Once these words are cast away, no tellin' where they will appear.
I be hailing all ye scurvy dogs and wenches who passed through t' Mystical Seas on a fine October Sunday and plundered the wee sea town the locals be calling Mystic. It was a grand gathering to be sure and many renegades and scoundrels had a merry time.
Why, I spied mates and cousins and old salts I crewed with back when I was just a guppy! There were even mermaids and sirens calling out to me but I pushed on, looking for treasure, racing the clock fer I heard tell that the redcoats were a comin' and I was not about to parlay with t' militia, fer ya all be knowing that those rascals have nary a good word to say about t' free men o' the sea.

We captured some of the local hoi polloi but got a sermon o' repentance from t' man of t' cloth, fer it turns out we nabbed t' mayor, a selectman and other town officials, scallywags, all! We tried t' reason with t' blokes but failed t' strike fear into their wicked hearts. There were many a young lad and lass underfoot so we bagged ourselves a few jewels, while several o' the crew belted out a few sea chanties t' divert attention and then we skedaddled outta town. Bilge rats!
The canons roared and shots were fired, general mayhem ensued, as the militia sailed in to defend the Mystic. From what, I ask, arrrgh, we was but havin' a bit o' fun.

All in all the crew had a swashbucklin' adventure. It did our black hearts good to frolic with so many o' our peers, buccaneers, wenches and lubbers. We nabbed a chest full of goodies and we be nautically inclined t' do it again.
Here's grog in yer eye! Yarrr!
