Author and Illustrator David Sibley to Have Booksigning In Mystic
A chance to watch David Sibley create his art, plus a Q&A and booksigning!
The Denison Pequotsepos Nature Center and Bank Square Books are proud to present: A Conversation with David Sibley, author & illustrator of The Sibley Guide to Birds, March 21, 2014 at the Denison Pequotsepos Nature Center.
5-6 p.m. Drawing with David: A special event to benefit the Nature Center’s programs. David Sibley will demonstrate his amazing artistry by drawing a bird for the audience. Admission includes The Sibley Guide to Birds Second Edition ($40 value).
Ticket price: $75 per person (includes the book, a $30 tax-deductible donation to the Nature Center, hors d’oeuvres and drinks).

6:30 p.m., A Conversation With David Sibley and Maggie Jones & Booksigning: Free and open to the public, Nature Center Executive Director Maggie Jones, a local birding expert and member of the Connecticut Ornithological Association, will lead a conversation and Q&A. Copies of the book will be available for sale and signing.
