Award Offered for Info on Stonington Knife Attack

The alleged attack took place in June of this year.

In June of this year, a 65-year-old man was attacked by someone hiding in a storage area next to a house, the Mystic River Press reported via Facebook.

The man was a resident of Lords Point and the Lords Point Association is offering a $1,000 reward for information that leads to the arrest and conviction of the person suspected of the attack. According to The Day, the resident walked to his storage shed and was allegedly attacked by someone with a knife.

The suspect is described as a white male with short, blond hair.

According to the Mystic River Press, the homeowner fully recovered. Anyone with information may call the Stonington Police at 860-599-4411.
