Barred Owl Flies Free After Recuperating in Mystic
The Denison Pequotsepos Nature Center released the owl recently. The owl arrived in June, via Ledyard Animal Control.
The Denison Pequotsepos Nature Center was thrilled to announce a successful release of one of their feathered friends.
“We had a successful release Monday of a barred owl that came to us in June via Ledyard Animal Control,” the DNPC wrote on Facebook. “Fly high, friend!”
