
Our new schedule officially starts Monday, Nov. 11! We've heard what classes you want and what times are good so we have done our best to accommodate everyone. We hope to see more of you in class!
We've added morning sessions for Total Barre, Total Body Conditioning, Core Pilates and Yoga Fit.
