Isn’t everything more fun with a friend (well, maybe not everything, but lots of things!)? Shopping, eating, watching a movie and yes, exercising!
Getting motivated to exercise and then sticking to it can be difficult, especially in the winter when it’s dark out early in the morning, gets really dark out in the afternoon, and is cold and wet and possibly snowy. Knowing that there’s someone waiting for you, or having someone send you that text telling you to get your butt in gear — that’s motivation!

It’s fun to have someone to chat with or, if it is something new you have never tried, a friend helps you get over whatever intimidation you might feel!
At Beyond the Barre, we offer Duet & Trio Training in any of our classes, be it Mat, Pilates, or Barre. We also offer personal training sessions for 1, 2, or more people per session. So, grab a friend, take a class, and get fit!
