<h3>We are invited into the heart of God where you will discover that you are "God's Beloved".</h3>
This retreat will explore the scriptures, the stories of Jesus and the life and witness of great saints and spiritual writers where you will rediscover your identity as a Child of God.
A guided retreat is a time for spiritual renewal, offering space for prayer, reflection, and community. Each day includes Mass at 9 AM, time for personal reflection, and opportunities for confession. Two daily conferences provide inspiring talks and guidance to deepen your relationship with God. The retreat also encourages meaningful interactions and shared experiences, creating a supportive and enriching atmosphere for spiritual growth.&nbsp;
Check-in for the retreat begins at Sunday June 28, 2026&nbsp;4:30 PM. Upon arrival, you will have the opportunity to settle into your room and familiarize yourself with the retreat center. Dinner will be served at 5:30 PM in the main house.&nbsp;

Experience the Magic of Nocturnal Painting on Enders Island!
Immerse yourself in an unforgettable night of plein air painting, where the Island’s serene coastal landscape will come to life under the glow of the moonlight.
Your evening begins at dusk with preliminary sketches, focusing on composition and the shifting tones of twilight. As darkness falls, you will embrace the unique challenges of nocturnal painting—capturing the subtle interplay of artificial and natural light while learning to translate nighttime color and atmosphere onto canvas.
Under the expert guidance of Dan DeLouise, you will receive personalized instruction to develop your technique and confidence in painting after dark. This workshop is open to artists of all skill levels, offering a rare opportunity to explore light and shadow in an entirely new way.
Each participant is responsible for bringing their own painting materials and a light source. Join us for an inspiring night of creativity on the scenic grounds of Enders Island!
&nbsp;The program will begin at 7 PM and conclude at 10 PM.
&nbsp;You are welcome to arrive any time after 6:30. Check in will be in the Sacred Art Studio. Artists will paint behind the Main House.

Some others who are also noteworthy: St. Maximilian Kolbe, St. Peter Claver, St. Josephine Bakhita, St. Martin de Porres and St. Bartolome Las Casas. Let their witness inspire renewal of America’s founding ideals for every generation.
Ender’s Island is the perfect setting for deepening your relationship with God and renewing your faith in the hope of His promises. Learn to master color using both the restricted palette of Velazquez and the luminous palette of Sorolla. Using soft pastels, this class will explore historic palettes and color theory, while challenging the student to see color accurately and apply it strategically.&nbsp;
This week-long workshop begins with check-in at 4:30 PM on Sunday night. Dinner is served at 5:30 PM for students and instructors. Dinner is followed by a workshop introduction and conference which ends at 9:00 PM.&nbsp;Students are welcome to attend daily Mass at 9 AM.&nbsp;Hands-on instruction begins Monday morning after Mass.&nbsp; The entire workshop ends Friday at 1 PM.

Join Professor Sid Gottlieb for an abbreviated screening and discussion of Rear Window, a masterwork of suspense by Alfred Hitchcock. Professor Gottlieb will share poignant clips of the movie along with his interpretation. Be sure to borrow the DVD currently available at the Front Desk for check out. This program will be approximately 1.5 hours long.
Dr. Gottlieb, who has taught at Sacred Heart University since 1976, is a leading Hitchcock scholar and longtime editor of Hitchcock Annual. His books include Hitchcock on Hitchcock and Framing Hitchcock.

Rustic-chic private farm venue in scenic Stonington, CT 

Deans Mill Farm 

Built in the mid-1700s as a functioning livestock farm, Deans Mill Farm has gone through an evolution in recent decades. A full renovation of the historic buildings and rejuvenation of the surrounding 70+ acres has made the property into the incredible venue it is today. Deans Mill Farm now operates primarily as a private event space and five-room bed and breakfast tucked down a private road in Stonington, Connecticut. It shares its property with Dragonfly Equestrian Center and is home to dozens of horses. On the property lies meadows, hiking trails, beautiful fields and Dragonfly Disc Golf. The property can be rented for weddings, birthday parties and other special events. Additionally, the bed and breakfast can be rented by the room or reserved in its entirety for complete privacy. The Farm has the ability to host small private indoor events for up to 50 guests in the Farmhouse. Outdoor tented events are our specialty, with numerous locations on-site that are picturesque for your celebration. Outdoor tented celebrations can accommodate up to 250 guests.
