How It Effects Us".  We learn to judge at a very early age.
We judge how we look, speak, act and think, just name a few. Having awareness of these things can help us greatly to access more self love and higher consciousness. When we judge others, we are actually experiencing a mirror effect. Seeing something we won’t or can’t see in ourselves. This class is designed to help you to have awareness and give you tools to help you to navigate your relationships in a way that allows for a greater understanding of self and others.
