Camp COMO: Up Next Week...

Camp COMO at the Stonington Community Center offers exciting weekly sessions to campers entering Kindergarten through Grade 7. Sessions are centered upon the best parts of traditional summer fun while incorporating new themes each week! Camp COMO and our Specialty programs allow campers to explore our entire campus, as well as our picturesque neighborhood! Stonington & the COMO partner to set the scene for great summer fun and building new friendships!

Week 2: COMO-cean - June 20th through 24th

The shoreline is our playground! With a submarine presentation and a field trip to Bluff Point, COMO campers will gain a dynamic understanding of all that is possible in the sea! Campers will explore tidal pools and gentle waves, for an up-close view of ocean life. The beach fun continues at DuBois beach, where campers can resume their sea-life exploration. Back in the classroom, even the art gets fishy as Mr. Joe teaches campers about Gyotaku, a traditional Japanese art form.
