Children's Literature Contest Open to Unpublished CT Writers, Illustrators

• Shoreline Arts Council presents -New Voices in Children’s Literature — 15th Annual Tassy Walden Awards
• Encourages and nurtures the creation of exceptional books for children by unpublished Connecticut writers and illustrators
• Judges may present a $250 prize to a winner in each of five categories: Picture Book (text only), Illustrated Picture Book, Children’s Book Illustrator Portfolio, Middle Grade Novel, and Young Adult/Teen Novel.
• Submission Deadline: February 2, 2015
