Designing the Next Chapter in Your Lives

“The Art of Aging,” a lecture about taking charge of your life and creating a fulfilling future in your senior years will be held at StoneRidge on Tuesday, December 5 at 4pm. The free seminar is open to the public and co-sponsored by The Mystic Geriatric Institute and StoneRidge Senior Living.

Featured speaker will be Ms. Kevin Lyn Sisson, MSW, who will discuss what seniors can do to keep happy, stay focused and create a rich, enjoyable life by focusing on how to stay both emotionally and mentally healthy as we all age.

Ms. Sisson is a therapist who specializes in working with adults who are coping with depression, displacement, transitions, and caregiving. She is the director of the Reach and Rise Mentoring program at the Ocean Community YMCA in Westerly and is a practicing therapist at the New England Center for Anxiety.
