Bob Suppicich & The Stonington Historical Society present "Why Stonington Borough has a Viaduct: The Trauma & the Tragedy"
Bob Suppicich, independant historian, has researched a series of tragic events that led to the construction of the viaduct - the only way into and out of Stonington Borough. As you may surmise, it has something to do with railroad crossings. He will also present a video visit and tribute to a much-loved and sorely-missed Stonington tradition, Stonington Lumber.
