Fred Astaire Mystic Dance Studio at 12 Roosevelt Ave. will open 1,600 square feet of new studio space in March.
Months in the planning and construction, this expansion of the business was prompted by increasing demand.
“We are looking forward to using the new space adjacent to our existing 2,400 square-foot ballroom,” said Juliet Thibodeaux, Studio Manager.

“We will offer classes for children from pre-kindergarten to high school level,” she said, “still offering our professional, fun and friendly learning atmosphere in an exceptionally convenient location.”
Classes offered will include basic movement, ballet, hip hop and jazz to lyrical and ballroom. More Zumba classes will be available as well.
