Saint Michael School is having its 2nd annual 5K Road Race and Fun Walk on October 1. The course will run along the Pawcatuck River and start and finish at Donahue Park. The road race starts at 10:00 a.m. and the fun walk starts at 10:15 a.m.
Awards will be given to the top male and female finishers in eight age categories. Participants can register online at www.runreg.com or on race day. Those registering early will receive an official race t-shirt. Check-in and registration on race day is between 8:45 a.m. and 9:45 a.m.
Pre-Registration cost is $18.00, registration on race day is $20.00. Cost for Saint Michael students and alumni is $12.00, and there is a $50 family rate for all participants. Proceeds benefit Saint Michael School. For more information, call the school at 860-599-1084.
