Zumbatomic - Healthy Kids Move this Summer!

And Fred Astaire Mystic Dance Studio will offer Zumbatomic classes this summer.  Zumbatomic classes are high-energy fitness-parties packed with specially choreographed, kid-friendly routines set to music children love - like hip-hop and much more. This class was designed exclusively for kids (ages 4-12). Parents will love Zumbatomic because of the positive effects it has on children including increasing focus and self-confidence, boosting metabolism and enhancing coordination. Instructor Renee Santoro will teach this amazing workout along with other Zumba Fitness classes for adults. We will help you keep teaching your children ways to be healthy and have fun!
