Eight To The Bar, August Nights, Historical Walking Tours

1. Eight to the Bar plays at the in Noank from 6 to 8 p.m. Parking is $10 at Esker Point Beach or free parking with shuttles is available at Fitch High School.
2. Harkness Memorial State Park hosts a moonlight serenade featuring the Glenn Miller Orchestra from 6:00 to 10:00 p.m. The concert is part of “.” Advance tickets are $20 or $25 at the door in addition to parking fees.
3. The Stonington Historical Society is offering of the borough on Sunday afternoons. Tours begin at 2 p.m. and our lead by local historian Elizabeth Kading. Call the society’s headquarters 860-535-8445 for more information.
