Casey Gash teaches Gentle Kripalu yoga, a variety of foundational postures, led at a steady pace. Stretch away tensions from tight muscles, bring movement into stiff joints, gently build strength, connect to breath, and calm the mind.
This class is ideal for anyone looking to de-stress, develop range of motion and flexibility without over-exertion, and receive the healing benefits of yoga. Taught by Kripalu-certified teacher and Yoga by the Sea co-founder Casey Gash.
All classes are non-heated, at a comfortable 75 degrees.
