Hilton Mystic has been recognized with a 2017 Certificate of Excellence, based on the consistently great reviews the hotel has earned on TripAdvisor.

“We approach feedback from our guests with the utmost respect and attention,” said Terri Almond, general manager of Hilton Mystic. “Our team proactively monitors TripAdvisor reviews to ensure we continue to offer the very best in hospitality, preserving our historic position in the heart of Mystic.”

Located in Mystic, off Interstate 95, with proximity to Boston, Hartford and New York City, Hilton Mystic is a convenient choice of coastal Connecticut hotels where travelers enjoy dozens of attractions including Mystic Aquarium, Mystic Seaport, Historic Downtown Mystic, Olde Mistick Village, the Connecticut Wine Trail as well as Foxwoods Resort & Casino, and Mohegan Sun Casino.

According to Almond, whether guests arrive from around the corner or across the globe, they can enjoy live entertainment at least 3 times a week, “dive-in movies” at the salt water indoor pool, a summer concert series with an impressive line-up and a dedicated menu, plus seasonally inspired cocktails which are receiving acclaim.

A recent TripAdvisor review from a Boston-area guest affirms the recognition writing, “Great hotel in a great convenient location. Close to downtown Mystic, historic seaport and across the street from the aquarium. Beautifully remodeled. Great nightly activities for the kids and movies by the pool.”

Chef O’Regan of the The IRONS Restaurant & Bar on property just launched his new seasonal menu featuring meats from Stony Ledge Farm and Firefly Farm; breads and desserts from Sift; seafood from Sea Well; semolina pasta from Olde Mistick Village; cheese from Meadow Stone Farm; and mushrooms from Seacoast Mushrooms.

A New York-area guest writes, “I had a family wedding and my stay was excellent experience! Love this Hilton in Mystic and I will recommend to all my friends to stay there. Keep up the excellent service. I will return for another trip to Mystic!”

Hilton Mystic offers over 8,000 square feet of meeting space, an outdoor pavilion, Precor fitness center, and a heated indoor salt water swimming pool.

A guest hailing from neighboring Rhode Island had this review, “Everything was perfect for my one night stay for a business presentation. Location was close to conference. Room was immaculate and staff was accommodating. I would highly recommend this hotel I was able to use honor points for this stay.”

The hotel features 184 guest rooms and six whirlpool suites, all with high-speed internet access, a fully equipped 24-hour business center.

Another Rhode Islander writes, “Sleep well because they have your best interest at heart. We went to Hilton Mystic because we had some friends coming in from out of state to visit. They wanted to see Mystic Aquarium and Old Mystic Seaport Village. This hotel is literally across the street from the Aquarium and the Village. We were checked in and began shopping at the Village within an hour. We then went to Mystic Pizza. (can’t go to Mystic without going to this famous pizza place). Although it was not a great weather weekend, this hotel made us cozy and comfortable. We had dinner in The IRONS, the hotel’s new restaurant, and the food was excellent. The staff made you feel like you were their only concern although they had a lot of guests and a wedding going on. I plan on going back in the future because I wasn't done shopping in the Village.”
